Did you know that you depend on crystals for almost everything?

Our lives runs on technology, and those computer chips run on crystals! Discover the science behind crystals and how to use them in your life – from healing, to focus or relaxation, to jewelry. Learn about the Piezoelectric Effect, muscle testing to find which crystals are best for you, and ways to clear the energy they absorb over time. Bring your own crystals and questions!

We will conclude the workshop with a gentle yoga practice, accessible to everyone!

Our guides are Ariana Bahret and Elissa Shoreman.

ABOUT OUR TEACHERS

Ariana Bahret is a native New Yorker who has lived and practiced in some of the most beautiful places on earth – Hawaii, Santa Barbara, Sedona, Chicago and Newburyport, MA. She holds a B.S. in Biology (magna cum laude) from Boston College, has taught science to all ages (three-year-olds to Ph.D.s!) and has conducted genetic research (advanced genome sequencing) including contribution to the Human Genome Project. Her passion lies in blending the worlds of both science and spirituality through her healing work and classes.

Elissa Shoreman, RYT, CYT, PYT, LMT, is the owner of Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley. Elissa teaches yoga and mindfulness to all ages from the womb to age 100! She started her yoga journey at 19, taking her first class and falling in love with the practice. She felt at hOMe, and connected to a space within that was the most authentic and true version of herself.

At age 20, Elissa experienced her first panic attack, which lead to everyday on-and-off anxiety. Grateful for her daily practice of yoga and mindfulness, she was able to use her yoga practice to eliminate most, if not all feelings of anxiety. Today, she teaches yoga from the heart, with the intention of encouraging others to love themselves (as they are) and to love the world a little bit more each day.Her greatest accomplishment is being a Mama to two Buddhaful Little Souls - Taye and Zoë.
