Join us for a relaxing evening to learn some simple things you can do to stop feeling stressed out, frazzled, or anxious in the midst of your busy life. With the right balance of lifestyle adjustments and herbal support, we can help ourselves -- and our families -- in a gentle and safe way. Less stress, more joy!
Snacks, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks provided. All participants will receive a special custom tea blend to enjoy at home. Known as "Melting Stress," it combines powerful herbs like holy basil, linden, gotu kola and rose.

Going beyond the generic, mass-market "prescriptions" for herbs that are so common today, we will explore how herbs have been used for generations to help promote health, why we can't rely on just a "one size fits all" approach, and what modern scientific research has revealed about herbal efficacy and safety. We will discuss herbal teas and tinctures, and how you can incorporate these healing plants into your daily life.
Our guide is Liane Moccia of Liane's Herbal Wellness in Andover. Liane spent 20 years in corporate marketing before delving into the healing power of plants.She is a Certified Herbalist and a member of the American Herbalist Guild, American Botanical Council, and Plant Savers United. Her passion is using traditional herbal knowledge and the latest scientific research, to combine herbs with lifestyle and dietary changes to help bring the body back into balance.
